As of the effective date of this Policy, we do not collect commercial information because we do not sell products or services directly through the Site.
3.4 Internet or Other Similar Network Activity Information
Browsing history; search history; and information regarding your interaction with the Site, including pages visited, time spent, referring URLs, and click behavior.
3.5 Geolocation Data

3.6 Audio, Electronic, Visual, and Similar Information
The content of any communications you send us, including email correspondence.
3.7 Inferences
Inferences drawn from any of the information identified above to create a profile reflecting your preferences, characteristics, or behavior (for example, aggregate engagement patterns).
We do not collect Sensitive Personal Information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA. See Section 20 for details.
4. Sources of Personal Information
We collect personal information from the following sources:
- Directly from you, when you subscribe to our newsletter, send us a message, or otherwise interact with the Site;
- Automatically from your device, through server logs, cookies, and similar tracking technologies (see Section 9);
- From our service providers, including our hosting provider, email service provider, and social media plugin provider, in the course of providing services to us; and
- From third-party platforms where you engage with our official accounts (such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Spotify, Apple Music, and Amazon Music), to the extent those platforms make such information available to us.
5. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information for the following business and commercial purposes:
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our services;

- To protect the rights, property, or safety of Religion Kills, our users, or others;
- To evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets; and

6. Legal Basis for Processing (EEA / UK / Swiss Residents)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal data on one or more of the following legal bases under the GDPR (or the UK GDPR / Swiss FADP, as applicable):
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): where you have provided consent to processing for one or more specific purposes (for example, subscribing to our newsletter). You may withdraw consent at any time as described in Section 17.
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

Our legitimate interests include operating the Site, understanding audience engagement, improving our services, and preventing fraud and abuse.
7. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration, and we do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.
We disclose personal information only in the limited circumstances described below:
7.1 To Service Providers
We share personal information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf. See Section 8 for details.
7.2 For Legal Compliance and Protection of Rights
We may disclose personal information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary or appropriate to: (a) comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, subpoena, court order, or other governmental request; (b) enforce our Terms of Use and other agreements; (c) protect and defend the rights, property, or safety of Religion Kills, our users, or others; (d) prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Site; or (e) detect, prevent, or respond to fraud, security, or technical issues.
Where legally permitted and where we determine it is appropriate under the circumstances, we will notify affected users of any legal request for their information before disclosure. We reserve the right to challenge any legal request that we believe to be overbroad, procedurally defective, or otherwise improper.
7.3 In Connection with Business Transactions
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of assets, or transition of service to another provider, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard commercial confidentiality protections and applicable law.
7.4 With Your Consent or at Your Direction
We may share your personal information for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection or with your consent or at your direction.
8. Service Providers and Third-Party Vendors
We rely on third-party service providers to operate the Site and deliver our services. These providers process personal information on our behalf under contractual obligations that require them to protect the information and use it only for the purposes we specify. Categories include:
- Website hosting and infrastructure: Kinsta, Inc., and its subprocessors (including cloud infrastructure providers);
- Content management and plugin providers: Automattic, Inc. (WordPress.org core); MaiTheme, Genesis Framework (StudioPress); anti-spam services (including Akismet); and other WordPress plugins and themes in use on the Site from time to time;
- Email newsletter and marketing communications: Mailchimp (a service of Intuit Inc.);
- Analytics providers: as of the effective date of this Policy, we do not use third-party analytics services. Server logs generated by our hosting provider are the sole source of Site-usage data;
- Payment processors: as of the effective date of this Policy, no payments are processed directly through the Site. Purchases of recordings, merchandise, and related goods are handled by third-party retailers and streaming platforms (including Amazon.com, Inc., Apple Inc., Spotify AB, and others linked from the Site), each of which operates under its own privacy policy and terms;
- E-commerce and fulfillment providers: as of the effective date of this Policy, we do not operate an e-commerce store on the Site. All purchases are completed through third-party retailers and streaming platforms;
- Social media plugin providers: Spotlight Instagram Feeds (a service of RebelCode Ltd.), used to display our Instagram feed on the Site;
- Music distribution and streaming partners: to the extent linked from the Site (Spotify AB; Apple Inc.; Amazon.com, Inc.; Google LLC (YouTube); and smart-link providers such as Linkfire A/S (“lnk.to”)); and
- Legal, accounting, and professional services: attorneys, accountants, insurers, and other professional advisers.
Each provider is governed by its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any provider whose services you use in connection with the Site.
9. Cookies and Similar Tracking Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies, including web beacons, pixels, local storage, and server logs, to collect information about your interactions with the Site. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help us provide functionality, remember your preferences, and analyze Site performance.
9.1 Cookie Categories
- Strictly necessary cookies: required for the Site to function properly (for example, load-balancing, session management, and security). These cannot be disabled without impairing Site functionality.
- Functional cookies: enable enhanced functionality and personalization (for example, remembering user preferences).
- Analytics cookies: help us understand how visitors interact with the Site by collecting and reporting information anonymously or in aggregate.
- Marketing cookies: to the extent used, may be used to track visitors across websites for advertising or promotional purposes. As of the effective date of this Policy, we do not use marketing cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising.
9.2 Managing Cookies
Most web browsers allow you to manage your cookie preferences, including refusing or deleting cookies. Please refer to your browser’s help documentation for instructions. If you disable cookies, some portions of the Site may not function properly.
9.3 Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. We do not currently respond to DNT signals because no uniform standard has been adopted for interpreting them. However, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals from browsers configured to send them, treating such signals as a valid opt-out request under applicable California and other state privacy laws.
10. Third-Party Content, Embeds, and Links
The Site may contain content and features embedded from third parties, including but not limited to embedded YouTube videos, Spotify players, Apple Music players, Amazon Music widgets, Instagram feeds, Facebook widgets, and smart-link services. When you view or interact with such embedded content, the applicable third party may collect information about you, including your IP address, device information, browser information, and interaction data, subject to that third party’s privacy policy.
The Site also contains links to third-party websites and services. This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, services, or content, and we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or data handling. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third party whose services you access through the Site.
11. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Specific retention practices include:
- Newsletter subscribers: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to a reasonable period thereafter for suppression list purposes (to ensure we do not re-add you inadvertently);
- Correspondence: retained for a reasonable period consistent with the nature of the correspondence and any legal or business need;
- Server logs: generated by our hosting provider and generally retained for up to twenty-six (26) months, or shorter where technically feasible;
- Cookies: retention varies by cookie type, as described in Section 9; and
- Aggregated or de-identified data: may be retained indefinitely.
Where information is no longer needed, we will delete or de-identify it, subject to legal preservation obligations and technical constraints.
12. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These safeguards include transport-layer encryption (TLS/HTTPS) for data in transit, access controls, and vendor selection practices designed to identify service providers with appropriate security posture.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security, and any transmission of personal information is at your own risk.
13. Your Rights and Choices
13.1 All Users
Regardless of your location, you may:
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails: click the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email, or contact us directly using the contact information in Section 28;
- Manage cookies: adjust your browser settings as described in Section 9; and
- Contact us with questions: at any time using the contact information in Section 28.
13.2 Effect of Unsubscribing
If you unsubscribe from marketing communications, we may still send you administrative communications relating to security notices, changes to this Policy, responses to your direct inquiries, or other operational matters as permitted by law.
14. California Consumer Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the CCPA/CPRA:
- Right to know: the right to request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which the information was collected, the business or commercial purposes for collecting or sharing it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it;
- Right to delete: the right to request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions;
- Right to correct: the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you;
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing: the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. As stated in Section 7, we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising;
- Right to limit use of Sensitive Personal Information: as stated in Section 20, we do not collect Sensitive Personal Information;
- Right to non-discrimination: the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights; and
- Right to designate an authorized agent: the right to designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf, subject to verification.
To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 28. See Section 26 regarding verification of requests.
Shine the Light: Under California Civil Code § 1798.83, California residents who have an established business relationship with us may request information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
15. Nevada Consumer Privacy Rights
Under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A, Nevada residents have the right to submit a verified request directing us not to sell covered information collected about them. We do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law. Nevada residents who wish to submit such a request may contact us using the information in Section 28.
16. Other US State Privacy Rights
Residents of certain other US states, including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Delaware, Iowa, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, Kentucky, Rhode Island, and Indiana (and other states with applicable comprehensive privacy laws), may have rights similar to those described in Section 14, including rights to access, correct, delete, port, and opt out of certain processing of personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 28. We will honor requests to the extent required by the applicable state law.
You may also have the right to appeal a decision we make regarding your request. Appeal instructions will be provided in our response to any denied request.
17. EEA, UK, and Swiss Data Subject Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the following rights under the GDPR (or UK GDPR / Swiss FADP, as applicable):
- Right of access: the right to obtain confirmation of whether we process personal data about you and to access such data;
- Right to rectification: the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- Right to erasure: the right to request deletion of personal data, subject to certain exceptions;
- Right to restrict processing: the right to request restriction of processing in certain circumstances;
- Right to data portability: the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and to transmit it to another controller;
- Right to object: the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling; the right to object to direct marketing is absolute;
- Right to withdraw consent: where processing is based on consent, the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal; and
- Right to lodge a complaint: the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 28.
18. International Data Transfers
Religion Kills is based in the United States, and the Site is hosted on infrastructure located in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your personal information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions in which our service providers operate.
Where personal data is transferred from the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland to the United States or another country not deemed by the European Commission (or applicable authority) to offer an adequate level of data protection, we rely on appropriate safeguards, which may include Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension and Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework where our service providers are certified, or other lawful transfer mechanisms. By using the Site, you acknowledge these transfers.
19. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen (13) in violation of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under thirteen (13) without verified parental consent, we will delete such information as soon as reasonably practicable. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under thirteen (13) has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately using the information in Section 28.
Additionally, the content of the Site includes commentary and language intended for a mature audience. The Site is not intended for use by minors under the age of eighteen (18), and we do not knowingly market or direct our newsletter to minors under the age of eighteen (18).
20. Sensitive Personal Information
We do not collect Sensitive Personal Information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not process special categories of personal data as defined under Article 9 of the GDPR, except to the extent you voluntarily provide such information to us in a communication (in which case we process it only to respond to your communication and to the extent necessary to protect our legal interests). We do not use any Sensitive Personal Information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.
Religious content on the Site reflects the artistic and editorial viewpoints of Religion Kills. Nothing on the Site collects or infers your religious or philosophical beliefs.
21. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
We do not engage in automated decision-making, including profiling, that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you, within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR. To the extent we use analytics to understand aggregate audience behavior, such analytics are used for statistical and operational purposes only and do not result in decisions affecting individuals.
22. Do Not Sell or Share; Opt-Out Preference Signals
We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration, and we do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, in each case as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA or comparable state laws. Because no such sale or sharing occurs, no formal opt-out mechanism is required. Nonetheless, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals from browsers configured to send them, treating such signals as a valid opt-out request under applicable law.
23. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a personal data breach affecting your personal information, we will provide notice to affected individuals and regulators in accordance with applicable law, including the timelines and content requirements imposed by the GDPR, state breach notification statutes, and other applicable laws. Nothing in this Policy limits or modifies the notification obligations imposed by law.
24. Aggregated and De-Identified Data
We may aggregate, anonymize, or de-identify personal information such that it no longer constitutes personal information under applicable law. We may use, disclose, or retain such aggregated or de-identified information for any lawful purpose, including analytics, research, product development, and marketing. Where required by law, we will maintain and use de-identified information in a manner that does not attempt to re-identify individuals, except to test our de-identification processes.
25. DMCA and Copyright Complaints
Religion Kills respects the intellectual property rights of others. Notices of alleged copyright infringement submitted pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), 17 U.S.C. § 512, should be directed to our designated agent at:
Religion Kills — DMCA Agent
Email: religionkills11@gmail.com
Subject line: “DMCA Notice”
To be effective, a DMCA notice must include all of the following:
- a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved;
- identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail (including URL or location on the Site) to allow us to locate it;
- your contact information, including full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Notices that do not contain all required information may not be processed. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. Repeat infringers’ accounts will be terminated in appropriate circumstances.
26. Verification of Rights Requests
To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized access to your personal information, we may require verification of your identity before responding to any rights request under this Policy. The verification method will depend on the sensitivity of the information requested and may include matching information you provide against information we maintain, requiring a signed declaration under penalty of perjury, or other reasonable measures.
Requests that we cannot verify may be denied. We reserve the right to deny requests that are frivolous, excessive, repetitive, or that we reasonably believe are made in bad faith, are intended to harass a third party, or would violate the rights of another person. Denials will be documented in writing.
Authorized agents acting on behalf of a consumer must provide written authorization signed by the consumer and, where required by law, additional documentation.
27. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective date” and “Last updated” fields at the top of this Policy and, where required by law or where the change materially expands our use or sharing of personal information, provide additional notice (for example, by email to newsletter subscribers or by prominent notice on the Site). Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of any updated Policy constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy to the extent permitted by law.

29. Severability and Governing Law
If any provision of this Policy is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected or impaired.
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, except to the extent superseded by applicable federal, state, or foreign law that mandates a different governing law for particular rights or claims. Nothing in this Policy limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection or data protection laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
